Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds of any kind on our merchandise. Exchanges are available on physical products, but we do have a few stipulations:
- If there are any issues, please contact us within 72-hours of receiving your order, via email at email@example.com.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. Any items returned to us will be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense.
- If any item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately within 72-hours via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly exchange any item damaged during shipping. Please contact us first to arrange an exchange so we know to expect your return.
- Clothing subject to exchange must be returned in salable condition; clean & unworn. Any CDs subject to exchange must be returned in the shrink-wrap/packaging it was received in, unless the issue is a malfunctioning disc image, or a disc damaged in transit.
- Refunds/exchanges will NOT be issued for digitally downloaded items. If there is a problem with your digital download, please notify us within 72-hours via email at email@example.com and we will be glad to help you with any issues you are experiencing.
- We are unable to offer refunds on any ticket sales at this time, unless an event is cancelled by the host or venue.
- All clearance/sale items are final sale and no exchanges will be accepted.
